Il ya quelques années j'ai participé à une journée de découverte et de cours de cuisine à Chiang Mai, dans le nord de la Thaïlande. Visite d'un marché puis d'une ferme, préparation et dégustation de plats traditionnels... Je n'ai depuis jamais créé l'occasion de mettre à profit cette chance. C'est désormais chose faite, à mon tour j'ai organisé un atelier en quelques sortes...

Preparing this dish takes long time if you use home made curry paste. Nevertheless you can use ready made paste you would find in special asian store.
